All information disclosed to you by Social Gifting at any time, which is not generally known to the public, shall be kept confidential and shall not be used or disclosed by you except for the purpose of performing work for Social Gifting’s benefit.
Do not share any information relating to the crafter and their family, to any third party or on any website or social media.
Do not take photos or film the crafters without their authorisation, as they may be under protection services.
Do not add or accept requests from crafters on your personal social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.

Data Protection

You acknowledge that Social Gifting will hold personal data relating to you. Such data will include your volunteer application, address, and other records, which include sensitive data. Social Gifting will hold such personal data for personnel administration and management purposes and as otherwise required or permitted by law. Your right to access such data is as prescribed by law.
